Our secure, cloud-based platform enables survivors to create a digital journal of matters related to their experience of domestic abuse — safely storing, organising, and sharing essential information when needed.

  • Individuals who wish to manage their own case information.

  • Survivors supported by charities, local authorities, or agencies that purchase licences on their behalf.

Data Privacy

At MyCase Support, we prioritise the confidentiality and security of all information shared with us. Our data protection measures are designed to safeguard the privacy of survivors and their sensitive data.

How much does it cost?

An individual licence starts from £7.99 per month. Organisations and agencies can also purchase licences for the people they support.

Legal Templates

MyCase Support helps survivors organise their case information and access practical resources, and templates to better navigate the complexities of family court, protection orders, and other processes related to domestic abuse. While it does not provide qualified legal advice, the platform enables individuals to manage their matters clearly and securely.

You can securely upload and store:

  • Photos, videos, and CCTV

  • Audio recordings

  • Scanned statements or documents

  • Court papers and correspondence
