These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of MyCase Support, a secure digital journaling and evidence management platform designed to support individuals experiencing domestic abuse, including coercive and controlling behaviour.

By accessing or using MyCase Support, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About MyCase Support

MyCase Support provides users with tools to:

  • Record personal journal entries

  • Upload and organise evidence

  • Apply structured tagging systems

  • Generate chronologies and reports

  • Selectively share information with professionals

MyCase Support does not provide legal advice, or any form of guidance.

3. User Responsibilities​

You agree to-

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Upload only content you are legally entitled to share

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Users are responsible for ensuring that shared information complies with court orders and data protection obligations.

4. Data Protection & Security​

​

MyCase Support uses encrypted UK-hosted cloud storage.

We are committed to compliance with:

  • UK GDPR

  • Data Protection Act 2018

Users retain control over what information is shared and with whom.

5. Selective Sharing & Professional Use

The platform enables selective sharing of content with any person the individual should decide is necessary, some may include:

  • Solicitors

  • IDVAs

  • Social workers

  • Police officers

  • Other authorised professionals

Users remain responsible for deciding what information is shared.

6. Subscription & Licensing

​

Individual subscriptions and organisational licences are subject to agreed pricing terms.

Organisations purchasing licences for clients are responsible for appropriate onboarding and safeguarding oversight.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

MyCase Support provides structured tools to assist the production of documentation and communication.

We are not liable for:

  • Legal outcomes or any legal due process connected to the users individual MyCase subscription.

  • Court decisions

  • Professional advice given by third parties​

8. Amendments​​

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
