5. Selective Sharing & Professional Use

6. Subscription & Licensing
Individual subscriptions and organisational licences are subject to agreed pricing terms.
Organisations purchasing licences for clients are responsible for appropriate onboarding and safeguarding oversight.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyCase Support provides structured tools to assist the production of documentation and communication.
We are not liable for:

Legal outcomes or any legal due process connected to the users individual MyCase subscription.

8. Amendments
