Individuals who use MyCase Support remain fully responsible for their own personal safety and safeguarding.
The platform is designed to support individuals in organising their information and documenting experiences, but it does not provide safeguarding oversight, supervision, or monitoring of individual cases.
Users should not rely on MyCase Support as a mechanism for safeguarding intervention or protection.
Individuals are responsible for deciding:

3. No Monitoring or Oversight of User Data
MyCase Support does not monitor, review, or oversee the content that individuals record within the platform.

Because the platform does not monitor user data:
