About MyCase Support
MyCase Support is a secure digital platform designed to empower individuals experiencing domestic abuse and coercive control. It has been created to provide a safe, structured way for survivors to document their experiences, organise evidence, and communicate clearly with professionals and authorities when they choose to do so.
Our Purpose
We believe that access to clear information, organised records, and safe digital tools can transform how individuals are supported and heard. Many people experiencing abuse face barriers when trying to explain patterns of behaviour, recall timelines, or gather supporting material. MyCase Support exists to remove those barriers by providing a practical, secure, and survivor-centred system.
Supporting Professionals and Organisations
In addition to individual access, organisations can provide MyCase Support licences directly to the people they support. This gives professionals confidence that clients have access to a structured, secure tool that helps them prepare information clearly, reducing repetition, improving communication, and supporting safer outcomes.
Our Commitment
MyCase Support is built on three core principles:
-
Safety first — privacy, consent, and user control are prioritised at every step
-
Clarity and structure — information is organised so it can be understood and used effectively
-
Empowerment through tools — technology should support, not overwhelm, individuals navigating difficult circumstances
What the Platform Does
MyCase Support enables users to:
-
Document experiences in a structured, chronological format
-
Upload and securely store evidence
-
Identify patterns of behaviour over time
-
Generate clear summaries for professional or legal use
-
Control exactly what information is shared, and with whom
All data is protected using encrypted, UK-hosted cloud storage, and nothing is shared without the user’s explicit consent. You have fully control over your own data, you choose who to share what with.
Designed With Survivors, Not Just For Them
The platform has been developed in collaboration with individuals with lived experience, as well as professionals working in safeguarding, legal, and support services. This collaborative approach ensures the system reflects real-world needs, language, and challenges — not just technical assumptions.
