Smart Tags allow you to categorise incidents using structured safeguarding categories such as emotional harm, financial control, coercive behaviour, or breaches. This helps identify patterns and build clear chronologies.
Can MyCase create timelines or reports?
Yes. MyCase Support can automatically generate structured chronologies and summary reports based on your entries. These can be shared selectively with professionals to support safeguarding or court processes.
Can I control who sees my information?
Absolutely. You choose what to share, who to share it with, and when to revoke access. You remain in control at all times.
Can organisations purchase licences for clients?
Yes. Organisations can purchase licences on behalf of clients, providing them with secure access to MyCase Support as part of their safeguarding or support service.

What happens if I stop my subscription?
Your data remains secure. You will be informed of any access changes or retention periods in accordance with our data policy. You will have 30 days to download your data before it will be deleted.
